ACCURUN 810 ist eine Negativkontrolle zur Verwendung mit in-vitro-diagnostischen Testkits für die qualitative Bestimmung von Hepatitis B-Oberflächenantigen (HBsAg), Hepatitis B e-Antigen (HBeAg), Syphilis RPR und Antikörpern gegen Hepatitis B-Oberflächenantigen (HBs), Hepatitis B-Kernantigen (HBc und HBc IgM), Hepatitis B e-Antigen (HBe), Hepatitis C-Virus (HCV), Hepatitis A-Virus (HAV und HAV IgM), Zytomegalievirus (CMV), Treponema pallidum (Syphilis ATA), Borrelia burdgorferi (Lyme IgG und Lyme IgM), HIV 1 und 2 sowie HTLV I und II. ACCURUN 810 wird aus Humanserum oder Plasma hergestellt und ist nicht reaktiv auf HBsAg, HBeAg, HBs, HBc, HBc IgM, HBe, HCV, HAV, HAV IgM, CMV, Borrelia burgdorferi IgG und IgM, HIV 1 und 2, HTLV I und II, Syphilis RPR und Syphilis ATA. Hergestellt aus natürlich vorkommendem Plasma oder Serum; ähnelt stark einer tatsächlichen Patientenprobe. Regulatorischer Status: IVD, CE und HC . Für den Einsatz in der In-vitro-Diagnostik.
