Das AccuTrak HCV RNA Genotype Qualification Panel besteht aus 9 Elementen, von denen acht positiv für HCV RNA und ein negativ für HCV RNA sind, hergestellt aus menschlichem Plasma. Die positiven Elemente werden formuliert, indem HCV-RNA-positive Plasmaproben von acht verschiedenen HCV-Genotypen zu HCV-RNA-negativem gepooltem Plasma verdünnt werden. Das negative Element wurde aus einem HCV-RNA-negativen Pool formuliert. Natriumazid (0,09%) wurde als Konservierungsmittel hinzugefügt. Nur für Forschungszwecke. Nicht zur Verwendung in diagnostischen Verfahren.
