ACCURUN 372 Serie 600 ist für die Verwendung mit Labortests zum Nachweis von Human Papillomavirus (HPV)-DNA in menschlichen Gebärmutterhalsproben formuliert und aus kultivierten menschlichen Epithelzellen (SiHa) hergestellt, die ein integriertes Genom des HPV-Typs 16 enthalten. SiHa-Zellen werden mit nicht infizierten kultivierten menschlichen Zellen gemischt und in Lösung suspendiert. Ein Fläschchen mit Verdünnungsmittel wird ebenfalls mitgeliefert.
